I did a lot of research on steam mops and I was really praying that when I received my Shark Steam Mop in the mail it would be everything I thought it would be, and it is. I love this product. It's not only actually FUN to use, but it cleans the floors amazingly! If you have hard water buy distilled, that is my only suggestion. Happy Cleaning!!
